WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE

William Shakespeare is one of the wonders of world history.  It is doubtful whether half of the greatest playwrights of all time whose creations have been discussed so much have been discussed with others.  But almost nothing is known about his life story.

Shakespeare was born into a poor family in the town of Stratford on the banks of the River Avon in Yorkshire, England.  According to local church sources, he was probably born on April 23, 1584.  His father John Shakespeare's mother was a child of the Arden family.  Shakespeare immortalized his mother's name in his play As You Like It.

At the age of eighteen, Shakespeare married Annie Hathaway, six years his senior.  Within months of the marriage, Annie gave birth to a baby girl.  Her name is Susanna.  Two years later, twins were born.  Son Hamlet lived only 1 year.

It is heard that he had to do various activities to support his family.  Once Sir Thomas killed a deer out of hunger.  He fled to London to avoid an arrest warrant.  But there is room for doubt as to how far this story is true.  But for whatever reason he left Stratford and came to London.

 In search of work in a completely unfamiliar city, he became involved with the professional arena.

It is this direct acquaintance with the world of drama that slowly germinates the seeds of his latent genius.

 While editing the play, Shakespeare felt the lack of good plays to entertain the audience.  Probably the need for a stage is the beginning of writing Shakespeare's plays.  It is difficult to predict exactly when.However, after a long study, it was initially possible to compile a list.  During this time he wrote three volumes of his historical play Henry Tho.  It is easy to assume that these are his handiwork in composing plays.  Because it does not have the slightest recognition of Shakespeare's genius.  The play Richard III, written the following year, is much improved.

In 1592 a terrible plague broke out in England.  Then the plague means certain death.  Groups of people began to flee the city.  Inevitably the arena also closed.  There is no compulsion to write plays, Shakespeare wrote two of his poems, Venus and Adonis and The Rape of Lucre.  These two long poems he dedicated to the Earl of Saddamton.

Shakespeare's fame as a poet and playwright was gradually spreading.  He had received invitations from various theater groups to join them.  He joined Lord Chamberlain's troupe (1594).  From this time onwards Shakespeare began to get out of the hands of an unforgettable play  Taming of the Shrew, Romeo and Juliet, Merchant of Venice, Henry IV, Julius Caesar, Othello, Hamlet.  His the last play was written by Henriette in 1813.

One day a man who had fled Stratford like a thief bought a huge property there.  He had previously bought a house in London.  Shakespeare probably lived in this house until 1810.  He then left the noisy, favorite theater of the city of London for good to retire to Stratford.  He did not write anything in this episode except one drama.  He died six years later, on April 23, 1818 (his 52nd birthday).The day before, he went to an invited house and drank a lot.  On the way to the winter night he fell seriously ill.  Shakespeare did not recover.  He said goodbye to the world on his birthday.

 But most surprisingly, Shakespeare has made almost every story in his plays stand out, transcending it in an extraordinary way.  He brought the vastness of the sea in a small lake.

Not only drama, but also as a poet he is one of the best poets in the world.  Each of his poems is brilliant in a wonderful poetic style.  He composed two poems and 154 sonnets.  Shakespeare's first poems were Venus and Adonis.  The birth of bodily desires in the human heart is expressed in literature in the post-Renaissance period.  On the one hand, carnal desires, on the other hand, the desire for beauty has become embodied in Venus and Adonis.Venus fascinated by the beauty of teenage Adonis.  The pulse of blood in his youth.  He wants to get Adonis with all his heart and soul.  Wants to fulfill the desires of his body.  But can men only get full satisfaction in a woman's body?  She wants to go hunting wild boar.  Venus was startled.Fear awakens in the mind, if there is any danger to his beloved, he says-

 Pig ... that's when he gets angry

 Her eyes lit up like fireflies

 Wherever he goes in his long nose

 Creates graves ....

 If he finds you ...

 Like uprooted grass

 Bring out your beauty.

Still, Adonis goes hunting.  Unfortunately, his body was torn apart by a wild boar.  Venus cried out.  All the hearts became bloody with the pain of the death of the beloved.

According to the period of composition, Shakespeare's plays can be divided into four main parts.  The first part lasted from 156 to 1595.  Notable plays in this episode include Richard Three, Comedy of Errors, Taming of the Shrew, Romeo and Juliet.

1596 to 1608.  Four of his best tragedies were written during this time - Hamlet, Othello, King Lear, Macbeth.

 Of the 5 plays he composed in the last episode, two are unfinished and three are finished.  Notable among these is The Tempest.

 These plays of Shakespeare include comedy, historical drama, tragedy, thriller.

Comedy - Shakespeare's most notable comedy is Loves Labor's Lost, The Two Gentlemen of

 Verona, The Taming of the Shrew.  Comedy of Errors, A Mid-Summer Nights Dream, Merchant of Venice, Match Addo About Nothing, Twelfth Night, As You Like It.

With the exception of a few, all the plays are brilliantly beautiful.  Each character is full of lively vitality.

 One of Shakespeare's most famous comedies is The Merchant of Venice.

Shakespeare's top 3 comedies are As You Like It, Twelfth Night, Match Addo About Nothing.  In these comedies, human life has blossomed into an extraordinary beauty.  There is a wonderful combination of laughter, tears, joy, happiness and sorrow in these plays.  All the characters in the play who have adapted themselves to all the conditions, loved others, have been able to be happy in the only life.The heroines of this comedy are all ideal characters.  They are kind to others.  For the latter, they give up their interests without hesitation.  On the one hand they are compassionate and on the other hand they are intelligent.  In Shakespeare's comedy, men fade to the superiority of female characters.

Shakespeare had a keen interest in historical drama-history.  From the history of England on the one hand and the events of Greek and Roman history on the other, he has advanced his historical plays to an extraordinary level.  Notable historical dramas include Richard III, Henry IV, Julius Caesar, Anthony, and Cleopatra.  One of the wonderful characters in Henry IV's play, Falstaff, the royal clown, is the source of endless juices.Despite the many weaknesses of his character, it takes away our minds.  Such an amazing character is rare in world literature.

 Another famous play by Julius Caesar Shakespeare.  The main characters in this play are Caesars, Brutus and Anthony.  Roman leader Julius Caesar returned home victorious.  Festivals all around.  Caesar is also going to join the festival.  With friend Anthony.  Suddenly, in the middle of the road, a fortune teller came forward and said to Caesar, "March 15 is the day to be alert."

Caesar does not care about the words of the diviner.  But a group of elite people of the country became jealous of his fame and glory.  They continue to arouse Caesar's dear friend Brutus.  Caesar's unstoppable power must be diminished anyway.  Otherwise, one day Caesar will enslave everyone.But Brutus did not want to join any conspiracy.  But the conspirators continue to persuade Brutus in various ways.  Mentally weak Brutus finally surrenders to the will of the helpless conspirators.

March 15 is the day of the Senate session.  All members will be present in the Senate that day.  But the night before, Caesar's wife, Calpunia, kept having nightmares.  Despite his ban, when the hero Caesar went to the Senate, the rebels seized the opportunity and stabbed Caesar one by one.  Brutus hit the last.  Caesar cried out when he saw his dear friend betraying him, Brutus too!

The conspirators erupted in joy at Caesar's death.  The only one on fire for revenge is Anthony.  Standing in a public street, Brutus publicly analyzed the reasons for Caesar's murder.  People became fascinated with his speech.  They shout Brutus and forget about Caesar.  As soon as Brutus left, Anthony began his speech.  He cleverly aroused the love of the people for Caesar.  Proving to them that Caesar was a great man, he was unjustly killed by Brutus and others.

All the people became furious.  The conspirators fled the country in fear.  But everyone was killed in the war.  In the play Julius Caesar, Brutus's killer is a traitor, but his inner conflict, mental weakness, and the end result make our minds depressed.

 Another famous historical drama is Anthony and Cleopatra.  The content of this play is love.  Anthony's love affair with the beautiful Cleopatra.  At the beginning of the play, Cleopatra seems to be an ordinary lover, but in the end, her self-sacrifice makes her majestic.

Tragedy - Shakespeare's first tragedy Romeo and Juliet.  There is no conflict in human life, no pain of failure in the struggle with the surrounding environment.  Their family feud is responsible for the tragic consequences of Romeo and Juliet's life.

 The two families are Montague and Capulet.  No one goes less in the prestige of influence.  But there is intense conflict between the two families.  Throughout the year, there are quarrels and fights.  Juliet, daughter of the Capulet family.  There is no comparison of form.  Quiet girl.On the other hand, Romeo, the son of the Montagu family, is different from everyone else in the family.  One day the two met.  Fascinated by the form, the two young women fell in love.  But neither of the two families will accept this love.  So the secret affair.  

But obstacles came in the way of reunion.  Juliet's marriage is settled elsewhere.  Helpless Juliet seeks help from her guru, Lawrence, to end the marriage anyway.Lawrence gives him a bottle of medicine.  Juliet will fall into a deep sleep due to the effect of that drug.  I think he is dead.  That will be forty-two hours.  He will be buried.  Only Romeo will know this fact.  When Juliet wakes up, the two of them run away to Mantua.

 On the night of the wedding, Juliet took the medicine, and all the palaces were filled with tears.  He was buried at the wedding ceremony.

Unfortunately, the news sent by Lawrence did not reach Romeo on time.  Saddened by the news of Juliet's death, she went to the graveyard unnoticed and committed suicide by consuming poison.  Meanwhile, Juliet's senses return.  Can't keep up with the death scene of a loved one.  He picked up Romeo's knife and stabbed him in the chest.  His body fell on Romeo.

The people of the two families came running after finding out everything.  The family dispute ended with the death of two young souls.

 The love scenes in the play Romeo and Juliet have become fascinating with Shakespeare's poetry.  Romeo and Juliet has captivated people for ages because of the beauty of language and the extraordinaryness of dramatic beauty.

Shakespeare's famous tragedy Othello reveals how tragedy is created out of human mental weakness.

 Othello, the heroic general of Venice.  Krishnakayamur.  One of the best fighters in the brave country.  Desdimona, the beautiful daughter of Senator Bravanschio, fell in love with him when she heard the story of his heroism.  Fled the house with Othello.  Bravanschio complained to the Duke. 

 Desdemona came in front of everyone at the Duke's command and told him that he had left the house voluntarily in love with Othello.

Rodrigo, a relative of Bravancio, on the other hand, wanted to marry Desdemona.  Yago, an employee of Othello, knew of his wish.  His wish was to be an assistant to General Othello.  But Othello chose Bacio as his assistant.  After ousting Besio, he will be Othello's assistant.

 At that time Othello was sent to Cyprus to fight against the Turks.  His followers are Desdemona, Bacio, Yago and his wife Emilia.

Othello won the battle.  Joy is celebrated in his honor.  Late at night, Othello goes to Desdemona's bedroom with Bacio in charge of defending the city.  Yago was waiting for this opportunity.  Drinking Bacio caused a false commotion.  Othello fired him for it.  Bessio broke down in grief and remorse.  Yago tells him to go to Desdemona and make a request.  Othello will never be able to talk about his wife.

Bessio goes to Desdemona. 

 The two have a secret love affair, secretly calling Othello Yago.  The seeds of doubt awoke in Othello's mind.  Othello gave Desdemona a magical handkerchief.  Desdemona never lost that handkerchief.  One day the handkerchief was lost from Desdemona.  He picked it up and gave it to Emilia.  Iago gave it to Bessio.Othello's suspicions were further intensified by not seeing the handkerchief near Desdemona.  With that, Yago makes Othello's mind more poisonous.  In a fit of rage, Othello strangled the sleeping Desdemona.  Then the real truth is revealed.  Yago is captured and Othello commits suicide by stabbing himself in the chest.  This death of the hero Othello hurts all our hearts.

Another famous play by Shakespeare is Macbeth.  The majestic form that we see in all the heroines of Shakespeare's tragedy is not found in Lady Macbeth.  Macbeth is a brave hero but a little weak emotionally, so he is driven by his wife's words.  At the instigation of Lady Macbeth, he kills his king.  Then occupies the throne.  But in the end they have to die.  Although the character of Lady Macbeth is full of sin, we are fascinated by her extraordinary perseverance, indomitable zeal, strong demeanor and morale.  There was an ambition behind his every action.  There is no touch of inferiority.

Shakespeare's genius was fully developed in his play Hamlet.  One amazing character is this Hamlet.  He is the eternal mystery of man, sometimes his insanity, sometimes excitement, sometimes emotion, as well as hatred, enmity, anger, vengeance.  The interplay of his characters has confused the reader for ages.  So maybe the playwright Bernard Shaw jokingly said that how that crazy boy from Denmark conquered the world with his blunt sword, thinking that my beard grew.

Prince Hamlet of Denmark.  The father has just died.  The mother married her uncle.  One night, Hamlet, mourning his father's death, saw a statue of Hamlet's father guarding it with some of his attendants.  Hamlet comes to meet that ghost of the father.  The ghost tells him that while he was sleeping in his garden, his brother (Hamlet's uncle) poured poison into his ear and he died.  Let Hamlet avenge this death.

Hamlet realizes his father has been killed.  He became insane.  He even treats his girlfriend Ophelia in a way that is unnatural. 

 Unknowingly, Ophelia's father kills Polonius.  Traumatized Ophelia commits suicide.  And Hamlet continues to be wounded by self-contradiction.  He not only wants to kill his father's killer, he wants to remove all the sins and filth of the palace.  The net of conspiracy spread all around.Hamlet's uncle tried to kill him by applying poison, but Hamlet's mother died after drinking the poison.  An angry Hamlet kills his uncle with a sword.  But he himself was killed by a poisonous knife wound.

This death of Hamlet takes one to the level of a painful deep feeling.

 Last Writings - Shakespeare's last writings are different from tragedy or comedy.  A combination of thriller, melodrama and various fantasies has taken place in these plays.  Symbolin, Winterstel, Tempest are his notable plays.
